Canoe EIT Income Fund (formerly EnerVest Diversified Income Trust) ("Canoe" or
the "Fund") (TSX:EIT.UN) announces that its warrant offering dated May 22, 2013
has closed. The Fund has issued 8,021,312 units and raised gross proceeds
totaling approximately $96 million under this offering. As at November 15, 2013,
the total number of units outstanding for the Fund was 89,911,204. Net proceeds
from this offering will provide the Fund with additional capital allowing the
Fund to take advantage of market opportunities.
