Superior Plus Announces May 2014 Cash Dividend and Upcoming Events

Superior Plus Corp. (TSX:SPB) - 

May 2014 Cash Dividend - $0.05 per share

Superior Plus Corp. ("Superior") today announced its cash dividend for the month
of May 2014 of $0.05 per share payable on June 13, 2014. The record date is May
31, 2014 and the ex-dividend date will be May 28, 2014. Superior's annualized
cash dividend rate is currently $0.60 per share. This dividend is an eligible
dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.


Upcoming Release of 2014 First Quarter Results and Conference Call

The Corporation expects to release its 2014 first quarter results on Wednesday,
May 7, 2014. A conference call and webcast for investors, analysts, brokers and
media representatives to discuss the 2014 first quarter results is scheduled for
8:30 a.m. MDT on Thursday, May 8, 2014. To participate in the call, dial:
