Xianburg Data Systems Canada Corporation: Resignation of Directors

Xianburg Data Systems Canada Corporation (the "Issuer") (TSX VENTURE:XDS),
announced that Omar Ladak and Kabir Jivraj have resigned as directors of the
Issuer. The Issuer thanks Messrs. Ladak and Jivraj for their contributions and
wishes them well in their future endeavours.
