DELTA, BC, Nov. 30, 2011 /PRNewswire/ - AirTest Technologies (TSXV: AAT) announce today the signing of a major distribution partner agreement with Barnhardt Energy Partners, LLC (BEP) to sell AirTest's innovative energy saving products and systems in the Northeastern United States markets.

BEP will be targeting large building owners, offering turn-key systems integrating AirTest products and installation methodologies to provide guaranteed energy savings.  Initially they will focus on AirTests's garage ventilation products where the AirTest proprietary sensor based control system has been recently verified by a major utility to provide over 94% in operating energy cost and 96% reduction in peak energy use.

While dramatic reduction in energy use in enclosed garages is the entry point, BEP intends to work with building owners to leverage maximum possible energy savings using AirTest's full portfolio of products. BEP will provide design, installation and verification of performance while working with local utilities to maximize possible rebates and other incentives for building owners. According to AirTest President George Graham: "The Northeast US is a key market for us as it has very high energy prices and a large number of enclosed garages that lack energy-efficient control systems.  We see BEP as the ideal partner to quickly penetrate this lucrative market for AirTest."

About AirTest:  AirTest Technologies (www.airtest.com) is a Green-Tech company specializing in sensors that improve commercial building operating efficiency and at the same time create energy savings. About BEP:  Barnhardt Energy Partners are committed to ensure that the value they offer in state-of-the-art technologies and design methods can be realized now, not just considered or discussed as the way of the future.  Their advice is "the future is here, and we can assist our clients in rising to the challenge and reaping the rewards of our energy technologies and designs.  Protecting the future starts now".
