TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ -- TORONTO, Feb. 10 /CNW/ - Alange Energy Corp. (TSXV: ALE) announced today that Mr. Boris Abad-Guerra has tendered his resignation from the Company's board of directors, effective immediately.  Mr. Abad-Guerra has resigned for personal reasons. Mr. Abad-Guerra joined the board of directors in July 2010. While serving as a director of Alange Energy, Mr. Abad-Guerra was a member of the Audit Committee, the Reserves Committee as well as being chair of the Environmental, Health and Safety Committee. Mr. Abad-Guerra was also a member of the Executive Committee of the board of Alange Energy. The Company thanks Mr. Abad-Guerra for his dedicated service to Alange Energy, its board of directors and its shareholders and we wish him well in his future endeavours. The Company has commenced a search to replace Mr. Abad-Guerra on the board of directors and will announce his replacement in due course.
