Altima Resources Ltd.: Early Warning Report of Robert Haveman

Altima Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:ARH)(FRANKFURT:AKC) (the "Company") announces
that Mr. Robert Haveman, of 8065 Olive Shore Drive, West Olive, Michigan, USA,
49460, has announced that he has through his company H&M Energy acquired
beneficial ownership and control of a Debenture in the principal amount of
$2,971,810.70 as part of the Company's private placement disclosed in its News
Release dated August 29, 2012. After giving effect to this acquisition, Mr.
Haveman beneficially owns and controls, directly and indirectly, the following
securities of the Company (collectively, the "Securities"): (i) the Debenture,
the principal amount of which is convertible into up to 29,718,107 common shares
of the Company; (ii) 17,929,443 common shares of the Company; and (iii) warrants
exercisable to purchase an aggregate of 9,969,875 common shares of the Company
(the "Warrants").


On completion of the first tranche of the private placement, the Securities
(excluding shares that may be issued on conversion of the Debenture or exercise
of the Warrants) collectively represent 6.68% of the Company's issued and
outstanding common shares on a non-diluted basis. On a partially diluted basis,
the Securities (assuming conversion of the Debenture and exercise of the
Warrants) represent 18.69% of the Company's then issued and outstanding common
shares.


Mr. Haveman acquired the Securities for investment purposes. He intends to
evaluate his investment in the Company and to increase or decrease his
beneficial shareholdings from time to time as he may determine appropriate for
investment purposes.
