BDO Bordeaux Energy (Tier2)

Carbon Green Inc. (the "Company" or "Carbon Green") (OTCBB:CGNI), an innovative
tire recycling company, today announced that its board of directors approved the
dismissal, effective as of March 15, 2010, of PMB Helin Donovan, LLP ("PMB") as
the Company's independent principal accountant and it engaged the accounting
firm of BDO Limited ("BDO") as the Company's new independent principal
accountant. The decision to dismiss PMB and to appoint BDO was approved by the
Company's board of directors on March 15, 2010.


There were no reservations in the former auditor's reports for the two most
recently-completed fiscal years or for any period subsequent to the most
recently-completed period for which an audit report was issued and preceding the
date of PMB's dismissal. There were no reportable events between the Company and
PMB or between the Company and BDO.
