Celeste Announces Resignation of Interim CEO

Celeste Copper Corporation (TSX:C) (" Celeste" or the "Corporation") announces
the resignation of Mr. Shondell Sabad as Interim CEO of the Corporation
effective immediately. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Sabad for his
contribution to Celeste and wishes him the very best in his future endeavours.
In addition, the Corporation announces the resignation of Michael McNally from
the Board of Directors.
