Central Iron Ore Limited.: Results of Annual General and Special Meeting of Shareholders

Central Iron Ore Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:CIO) (the "Company") is pleased to announce
that its Annual General Meeting was held on November 30, 2011. At the meeting,
shareholders received the audited consolidated Financial Statements and
Management Discussion & Analysis of the Company for the fiscal year ended June
30, 2011 including the auditors' report thereon and resolved to: 




1.  Re-elect Mr Andrew Spinks as a director of the Company; 
2.  Re-elect Mr David Taylor as a director of the Company; 
3.  Re-elect Mr Brett Hodgins as a director of the Company; 
4.  Re-elect Mr Richard Homsany as a director of the Company; 
5.  Elect Mr Anthony Howland-Rose as a director of the Company; 
6.  Approve the appointment of Davidson & Company, LLP Chartered
    Accountants, as Canadian auditors of the Company for the 2011-2012
    financial year and 
7.  Ratify the Company's stock option plan and the amendment thereto.



Full details of the resolutions passed are contained in the Notice of Meeting
and the Management Information Circular. Details of proxies received are
contained in Schedule 1.
