Visionstate Inc. (a division of CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX)) is pleased
to announce the opening of its Toronto area office, located in Richmond Hill,
Ontario.


In an effort to reach new markets, meet existing demand, expand the product
lines, and establish a larger client base, Visionstate Inc. has strategically
opened this new location. With a sales force targeting this unique geographic
area, Visionstate Inc. looks forward to successfully marketing and selling its
interactive touchscreen systems, including smartphone and iPhone applications.


The strategic move was brought about by an increasing interest in the products
and services offered by Visionstate Inc., and the company believes it will be
able to expand its client base beyond what would have been possible with the
Alberta presence alone. Looking forward Visionstate Inc. anticipates expanding
its product line of software for touchscreen information and wayfinding units
into new markets such as (but not limited to) retail stores, recreation centres,
hotels, convention centres, and universities.
