Coral Gold Resources Ltd.: Warrants Extension

Coral Gold Resources Ltd. ("Coral") (TSX
VENTURE:CLH)(OTCBB:CLHRF)(BERLIN:GV8)(FRANKFURT:GV8) wishes to announce that it
has applied for a third amendment to its terms of the warrants issued pursuant
to a private placement announced on March 3, 2010. The first amendment extended
the expiry dates of the warrants for six months from April 1, 2012 and April 23,
2012 to October 1, 2012 and October 23, 2012. The current amendment will extend
the expiry date of the warrants for a term of one year from October 1, 2013 and
October 23, 2013 to October 1, 2014 and October 23, 2014 respectively. All other
terms remain the same.
