Matrix Announces Change of Advisor

Matrix Funds Management(i) ("Matrix Management"), the manager of the Matrix
Mutual Funds, announced today that effective on or about January 31, 2013,
Matrix Management will become the portfolio advisor for the Matrix Covered Call
Canadian Banks Plus Fund (Corporate Class), Matrix Dow Jones Canada High
Dividend 50 Fund (Corporate Class) and Matrix S&P/TSX Canadian Dividend
Artistocrats Fund (Corporate Class), replacing SEAMARK Asset Management Ltd.
("SEAMARK"), an affiliate of Matrix Management, who has acted as sub-advisor. 


The change was made as part of the consolidation of management services into
Matrix Management. Mr. Levi, President and CEO of Matrix Management said, "As
Matrix Management is an affiliate of SEAMARK, we expect a seamless transition as
a result of this change."
