VANCOUVER, Dec. 9, 2013 /CNW/ - Cosigo Resources Ltd.
(TSX-V: CSG) today announced the appointment of Ms. Piedad Jacqueline Romero Granados as an advisor
to the Company. Ms. Romero has many years of executive experience
in Colombian industry and financial markets. She will assume the
role of Colombia Business Advisor to Cosigo management.

entrepreneur. She is a strong proponent of responsible resource

The Company further provided an update on this
year's drill program on the Machado project in southeastern
Colombia. Samples from all 20
drill holes have been submitted to the laboratory and assay work is
currently underway at ALS Chemex laboratories in North Vancouver, BC. The Company will report
on assay results as these become available.
In connection with today's appointment, pursuant
to the terms and conditions of the Company's stock option plan,
Cosigo has granted stock options for the purchase of up to 350,000
common shares in the capital of the Company at a price of
$0.50 for a three year period.
