                            Directors' Shareholdings



The Company was notified today that the directors of the Company, Mr. Lance
O'Neill, Mr. Nigel Duxbury and Mr. Jeremy Peace have respectively purchased
466,667, 466,666 and 466,667 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 2.875
pence per share. Mr. Lance O'Neill, Mr. Nigel Duxbury and Mr. Jeremy Peace are
now beneficially interested in respectively 10,483,332, 7,833,331 and 466,667
ordinary shares in the Company representing 5%, 3.7% and 0.2% of the issued
ordinary share capital.
