(NYSE AMEX: ETF) (the "Fund"), a closed-end equity fund, announced today that it will pay a dividend of US$0.1242 per share on January 15, 2010 to all shareholders of record as of December 22, 2009 (ex-dividend date December 18, 2009). This distribution is comprised entirely of net investment income.
