Extenway Solutions Inc. ("Extenway") (TSX VENTURE:EY) has made an important
inroad into the Ontario market after being chosen to provide 280 bedside
terminals for Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Centre. The hospital intends to take
full advantage of the wide range of medical options included in the Extenway
solution.

"We are extremely proud to have been chosen following a call for tenders for
this project," said Extenway president and CEO, John McAllister. "St. Joseph's
is the first Ontario hospital to replace their conventional television sets with
Extenway's advanced digital communication terminals. This contract is a direct
result of an agreement we have entered into with our business partner, Medicore.
What sets us apart from the competition is that our flexible solution satisfies
the requirements of today's and tomorrow's healthcare facilities."

"Medicore Systems is pleased to be the first to install bedside terminals with
Extenway in Ontario," added Toni Akalu, CEO at Medicore. "The Extenway platform
represents a milestone in the Integrated Bedside Terminal industry, the first
Ontario facility to use Extenway technology with existing coaxial cabling to
deliver patient entertainment and Point-of-Care solutions. Traditionally, this
technology has been costly and only available in new healthcare buildings,
making it difficult for existing facilities to retrofit with the latest bedside
Point-of-Care technology on the market today. The Medicore/Extenway partnership
will have a major impact on the industry by providing a very cost-effective way
for older healthcare facilities to benefit from the most innovative technology."

Patients at Toronto's St. Joseph's Health Centre will soon benefit from the very
latest technology in digital entertainment terminals. The devices will provide
patients with access to 40 English television channels, internet, movies on
demand, audio books, games and even educational segments on medical matters, all
without them having to leave their beds. Patients will also be able to stay in
touch with their loved ones using the terminal's videoconferencing and telephone
capabilities.

Combining medical functions and entertainment options, Extenway terminals can
considerably improve the efficiency of medical personnel and support staff. As
requested in their call for tenders, the St. Joseph's Health Centre will benefit
from options like bed and meal request management as well as a variety of
medical applications such as access to patient records and X-rays directly on
the terminals.

Implementation of the terminals is set to start this summer. Signature of the
contract between Extenway and the St. Joseph's Health Centre of Toronto is
conditional on obtaining the required financing on the basis of an agreement to
be concluded with a financial institution. This agreement was announced on March
22, 2010 and provides Extenway with term loan facilities, subject to certain
conditions, up to a maximum of $25 million.(i)
