On July 1, 2008, Moses Znaimer will celebrate Canada Day by announcing that the
amalgamation of Fifty-Plus.Net International Inc. (TSX VENTURE:FPN),
Fifty-Plus.Net Inc. and Kemur Publishing Co. Ltd. is complete. That day, the
aforementioned companies, which previously operated as
Fifty-Plus-International.Net Inc., will be renamed ZoomerMedia Limited.
ZoomerMedia Limited will be traded on the Toronto Venture Exchange as ZUM,
replacing the current symbol FPN. The new name ZoomerMedia Limited gives a
symbolic expression to the Zoomer concept and philosophy, now at the core of all
of Moses' initiatives.

"After two years of considerable effort, we are finally able to collect under
one umbrella, these various business units that engage in creating products and
services for Zoomers. They will now trade under ZoomerMedia Limited - a new,
catchy name that more clearly reflects the direction, operations and target
audience of the company," said Moses.

On December 28, 2007, Moses became the controlling shareholder of
Fifty-Plus-International.Net Inc. A mere 61 days later, he announced his New
Vision Of Aging For Canada. "Zoomer", derived from "Boomer With Zip!" is the
term Moses has popularized to denote the population traditionally known as
"50+". Since then, the Zoomer idea has been covered and hailed by media from
coast to coast including The Globe and Mail, National Post, BNN, Calgary Herald,
CBC TV and CBC Radio, The Edmonton Journal, Halifax Chronicle, Investment
Executive, Marketing Magazine, Toronto Star, Toronto Sun and The Vancouver Sun.

ZoomerMedia Limited (ZUM) operates a suite of websites and specialty
e-newsletters featuring exclusive content that caters to the interests of
Canada's 14.5 million Zoomers. The websites include CARP.ca, CARP Action Online
and 50Plus.com, the authoritative Zoomer website. 50Plus.com also supplies
Zoomer-related information to MSN Sympatico, LavalifePrime and Yahoo! Canada.

ZoomerMedia Limited (ZUM) also publishes CARP Magazine, which will relaunch as
ZOOMER Magazine this October under magazine and style icon Editor-in-Chief
Suzanne Boyd. Boyd was formerly the Editor-in-Chief of FLARE Magazine, which
under her leadership was Canada's #1-selling fashion magazine.

In addition, ZoomerMedia Limited (ZUM) recently established a Conference and
Trade Show Division, appointing David Sersta Vice President of Conferences and
Trade Shows. Sersta has an extensive history with educational, motivational and
leadership events including The Learning Annex and The Power Within. In his new
role, he will be organizing the country's soon-to-be-announced premiere Zoomer
events, bringing essential products, services and entertainment to Zoomers in an
unprecedented way.

Moses is also the Executive Director of CARP, Canada's largest association for
Zoomers, dedicated to strengthening Zoomer Advocacy, Benefits and Community. In
late-May, Moses embarked on a CARP National Tour addressing Zoomers in Toronto,
Owen Sound, Calgary and Edmonton. Future dates, from Victoria to Halifax are
planned. The new CARP intends to become the biggest, most-listened to grassroots
organization in Canada and is currently on A March To A Million members. Moses
is also the proprietor of The New Classical 96.3 FM & 103.1 FM, English Canada's
only all-classical radio station, and AM 740 - The Best Of The Best Zoomer
Radio.
