Global Resource Corporation Appoints General Lincoln Jones to Board of Directors

Additional Corporate Restructuring WEST BERLIN, N.J., May 29

GBRC), a developer of a patent-pending microwave technology and
machinery for extracting oil and gas, today announces the
appointment of General Lincoln Jones III to the Board of Directors
as an independent board member. General Jones is a graduate of the
United States Military Academy, West Point, and served thirty-two
years of active duty in varying roles. His illustrious Army career
includes being a recipient of the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service
Medal and Distinguished Service Medal along with 19 other service
honors. General Jones has held multiple military and international
relations board roles including President of the Association of
Graduates, USMA, National Defense University Foundation and British
American Business Association. As a private citizen General Jones
has extensive experience in the energy sector, specifically
International and Governmental Relations. Currently he serves as
Chairman of the Board for Worldwide Strategic Partners, Inc., a
consulting services company in the energy related business and
government-to-government relations and also as Chairman of
International Spectrum and Development Corporation. Lincoln
Associates, Inc. was founded by General Jones and provides
assistance regarding energy related interests both in the United
States and internationally. Consulting clientele of Lincoln
Associates, Inc. includes Seimens and Westinghouse and General
Jones directly consults with the US Department of Defense and
State. All of the aforementioned companies associated with General

Global Resource has hired Executive Vice President Wayne Koehl in
charge of Business Development and Finance. Wayne's previous
experience includes 26 years in the mortgage banking business with
multiple companies. These internal changes are additional to the
previously announced hirings of Len Hedman and Scott Dunbar, Vice
President of Engineering and Vice President of Operations,
respectively. The Board also recognizes the service of Jeff Andrews
and his stepping down. Jeff will remain at Global Resource as CFO,
where his duties continue to take on a significantly more complex
role, and the board thanks him for his stellar service as a board
member and looks forward to his continued role as CFO at the
