GC-Global Capital Corp. ("Global Capital" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:GDE.A)
is pleased to announce that its client company, MBMI Resources Inc. (TSX
VENTURE:MBR) ("MBMI") has learned that the consolidation application of Narra
Nickel Mining and Development Inc. (NNMDC), Tesoro Mining and Development Inc.
(TMDI), and McArthur Mining, Inc. (MMI) has been approved into one Financial or
Technical Assistance Agreement (FTAA) covering four properties located in the
municipalities of Rizal, Bataraza and Narra, all in Palawan, subject to existing
laws, rules and regulations of the Philippines. Approval of this FTAA
application will allow MBMI and its Philippine partners to substantially
increase exploration activities and to progress toward development of full-scale
operational programs at each property.


In August and September of 2009, Global Capital closed a total of $2,600,000 of
secured loans, in the form of a secured two year convertible debenture for
$1,300,000 and a secured two year bridge loan for $1,300,000. A total of
$1,600,000 of the secured loans were sold to a syndicate of subscribers. The net
proceeds of the loans were used for exploration and development of MBMI's
Philippine nickel mineral properties, and for general corporate purposes. 


Global's Chief Executive Officer, Jason Ewart commented "The FTAA license
approval represents a major milestone for MBMI Resources. MBMI can now begin to
capitalize on its large nickel resource and pursue contracts for its product
from its network of targeted customers within the region. We also expect that
this will allow the company to pursue discussions with several major potential
strategic partners for the development of large scale production facilities in
