GGL Resources Corp.: Extension of Flow-Through Private Placement

NOT FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES

Raymond A. Hrkac, President and CEO of GGL Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:GGL)
announces that GGL intends to extend by an additional 45 days the financing to
raise up to $120,000 by way of a non-brokered private placement of flow-through
units at a price of $0.05 per unit. All terms and conditions of the flow-through
private placement remain the same. Please refer to GGL's news releases dated
August 9 and 22, 2012 and September 27, 2012.


The private placement is subject to acceptance for filing by the TSXV.
