The Company will be seeking approval to commence the bid for the period January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2011.  Global believes that its common shares are undervalued at current market prices based on its current earnings and future prospects, and that the repurchase of common shares at current market prices will be an appropriate use of corporate funds.
