Global Energy Services Ltd. Announces New Appointments to Board of Directors

Global Energy Services Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:GLK) ("Global" or the "Company") is
pleased to announce that Mr. Dell Chapman and Mr. Marv Clifton have been
appointed to its board of directors.


Mr. Chapman is currently CFO at Equal Energy and he has extensive experience as
a financial executive in publicly traded E & P and service companies.


Mr. Clifton was the President and CEO of Technicoill a TSX company until its
merger with Essential Energy Services earlier this year. Mr. Clifton brings
extensive service industry experience to the board.


Global welcomes its two newest board members.

Global is an innovative oilfield service company that focuses its efforts on the
production service sector, building off of the recently completed acquisition of
the assets of Stellarton Technologies Inc. as disclosed in prior news releases
dated March 29, 2011, April 26, 2011 and June 17, 2011. The production services
segment utilizes its patented Activator Hydraulic Submersible Pump ("HSP") to
enhance and increase ultimate production in both conventional and unconventional
gas, oil, and CBM wells. Global was founded in 1994 and is listed on the
Exchange.
