Geomark Exploration Ltd. Announces Changes to Senior Management

The Board of Directors of Geomark Exploration Ltd. ("Geomark" or "the Company")
(TSX VENTURE:GME) is pleased to announce the following changes to the officers
of the Company. Mr. Mark Balog has been appointed as President and Chief
Operating Officer (previously Chief Operating Officer) of Geomark. Mr. George
Fink has been appointed as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer
(previously President and Chief Executive Officer) of Geomark. 


Geomark Exploration Ltd. is a junior company headquartered in Calgary, Alberta
that explores for precious and base metals. Geomark is the spin-off company of
Comaplex Minerals Corp. Messrs. Balog and Fink were executive officers of
Comaplex prior to its sale in July, 2010. The Company's business strategy is to
generate the majority of its prospects internally, acquire properties in
geologically favourable areas and conduct appropriate exploration programs to
develop their economic potential. Geomark is currently investigating and
developing its mineral assets and claims located in Ontario, the Northwest
Territories and Nunavut, as well as continuing to produce oil and natural gas in
the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
