GUN Gunpoint Exploration Ltd

Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. (TSX VENTURE: GUN) announces that, effective November 16, 2010, the Company has changed its name from Christopher James Gold Corp. to Gunpoint Exploration Ltd. The Company further announces that it has implemented the stock consolidation of one post-consolidation common share for ten pre-consolidation common shares effective November 16, 2010. The name change and stock consolidation were previously announced in a news release dated November 10, 2010. Both are being carried out in connection with the Company's proposed acquisition (the "Acquisition") of the interests of Chesapeake Gold Corp. ("Chesapeake") (TSX VENTURE: CKG) in its Talapoosa gold-silver project located in Lyon County, Nevada and the La Cecilia and La Gitana gold-silver projects located in Mexico (the "Chesapeake Assets"). Chesapeake will also transfer $1,000,000 in cash and negotiable securities to Christopher James on closing of the Acquisition. In consideration for the Chesapeake Assets, the Company will issue to Chesapeake 31,977,899 post-consolidation common shares.
