("Telehop") is pleased to announce today that Mr. Rajiv Jagota has been appointed as President and CEO of Telehop, succeeding Fulvio Ciano. Mr. Jagota has extensive telecom industry related experience including corporate planning, business- and marketing strategies, new product development, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He held senior executive positions with Teleglobe Inc, Bell Canada Inc, Yak Communications and Level 3 Communications before joining Telehop. To assist Mr. Jagota's transition to his new position, Fulvio Ciano will remain for a period of time in April and on a consultative basis as needed thereafter.  We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Ciano for his hard work and dedication to Telehop, which spans over a 10 year period and we wish him all the very best in his future endeavors.
