High Ridge Resources Inc. ("High Ridge") (TSX VENTURE:HRR)(FRANKFURT:HR2) is
pleased to announce completion of the private placement announced on October 28,
2008. The private placement consisted of 1,000,000 units ("Units") at a price of
$0.20 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $200,000.


Each Unit consists of one common share in the capital of High Ridge and one
share purchase warrant (a "Warrant"). Each Warrant entitles the holder to
purchase one common share at $0.20 per share for 24 months. The securities are
subject to a hold period which expires on March 1, 2009.
