                              SITE PURCHASE IN BRISTOL

First clients sign up at Sevenoaks centre

ICM Computer Group plc, the UK's leading provider of IT Assurance, comprising IT
Support, IT Solutions and Business Continuity services, has exchanged contracts
to acquire a Business Continuity site in Bristol for #3.8 million in cash from
banking facilities. Completion on the Bristol site will be late November 2003
and the Bristol Business Continuity Centre will become operational in early
2004, following specialist refit.

This will be ICM's first Business Continuity centre in the South West of England
and complements the Group's eight other Business Continuity facilities around
the UK.

The centre will provide up to 400 recovery positions with call centre and data
centre support. It is close to the M4 and M5 motorway junctions and Bristol
Parkway main line rail station.

ICM's Sevenoaks Business Continuity Centre, which was acquired in March 2003,
became operational in July 2003. It has experienced strong initial interest
from both City institutions and Kent-based companies and has now signed its
first customers for the site.

ICM's Sevenoaks Business Continuity Centre provides facilities to for up to 300
users in three suites, is two miles from the M25, M26 and nearby M20 motorway
network and is close to Sevenoaks main-line rail station.

Barry Roberts, ICM's Chief Executive commented:

"A Bristol location, the ninth in our network, continues the implementation of
our clear strategy for the fast growing Business Continuity market - to build up
a nationwide Business Continuity capability.

"I am delighted that our Sevenoaks Business Continuity centre has started
strongly and is creating interest and sales both from Kent-based and City-based
customers wishing to have a Business Continuity facility outside London."
