The Company was notified on 29 December 2003 by J.P. Morgan Securities Ltd, on
behalf of The Fleming Mercantile Investment Trust Plc ("FMIT"), that they have a
beneficial interest in 603,964 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.9% of the
Company's issued share capital.

Following this notification FMIT no longer has a notifiable interest in the
Company.
