MONTREAL, Dec. 22, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - IFL Investment Foundation (Canada) Limited ("IFL" or the "Corporation") has filed with the TSX Venture Exchange an application to delist the Common Shares of IFL, effective on the close of business on December 30, 2011. This application is consistent with and flows from the Special Resolution of Shareholders adopted at the Special Meeting of Shareholders held on December 19, 2011. The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted IFL's request and will delist the Common Shares of IFL. IFL is a closed-end investment corporation whose common shares are listed on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol IF.
