Innovente Inc. (TSXV: IGE) ("Innovente" or the "Corporation")
announces today the resignation of Mr. Luc
Dupont as director of the Corporation. Such resignation is
effective immediately.
"We thank Mr. Dupont for contributing to the
development of Innovente which is about to reach commercial
operation of its first plant," said Mr. Yves Filion, Chairman of the Board of
Directors.
Innovente intends to proceed shortly with the
appointment of a new director.
