(TSX VENTURE: IPR) announces that Michael Winn, a director of Inca Pacific Resources Inc., has replaced Jim Rothwell as president and chief executive officer of the company. Mr. Rothwell is stepping down for personal reasons. The company is grateful for Mr. Rothwell's contributions to the company over the last year and looks forward to Michael Winn bringing his diverse business skills to address the issues currently facing Inca Pacific in Peru.
