body regulatory requirements, the Corporation wishes to announce
the following changes in it's Board of Directors:

On July 9, 2015, at
the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Ivrnet Inc., the
following persons were appointed to the Board of
Directors:

a.

Marco Hunstad -
Founder, President and CEO of Spotcast, a local engagement and
communication platform. Prior thereto, Senior Vice President of
Poynt, a payment terminal and open commerce platform.

|
b.
|
Scott Pickard -
President and CEO of Business Infusions Inc. since July 2008.
President, Corporate Development and Software, Inova Group ULC
since July 2014.

On July 9, 2015, at
the Annual General Meeting of the shareholders of Ivrnet Inc., the
following persons were not re-appointed to the Board of
Directors:

Bradley

Wayne Webb
|
Mr. Hunstad and Mr. Pickard bring years of diverse work
experience in the technology sector to Ivrnet's Board of Directors
and are warmly welcomed. Ivrnet also wishes to thank outgoing Board
Members Mr. Bradley and Mr. Webb,
for their many years of selfless service at the Ivrnet Board
level.
