(ii) The samples were assayed at the AlsChemex laboratories in Val d'Or
and Vancouver. They were bagged, numbered and sealed at the camp site
and transported to the AlsChemex laboratory in Val d' Or for the
sample preparation. They were dried, weighed, crushed to -10 mesh
with a 250 fraction pulverized and bagged for the final assay at the
     AlsChemex laboratory in Vancouver.

Drill holes S-6 and S-7 have intersected the uranium zone 1-B, on the same cross section, at respective depths of 25 and 50 meters.

Drill holes S-8, S-9, S-10, S-11 and S-12 have intersected the uranium zone 1-A, on the same cross section, at respective depths of 5m, 10m, 30m, 55m and 75m.

Zone 1-B is located in the extension and South of the zone 1-A.

Petrographic and mineralogical studies conducted at IOS Services Geoscientifiques and at the McGill University Earth Sciences Department, on samples from the 1-A zone, have demonstrated that:

1- The host rock is a paragneiss resulting from the metamorphism of an argillaceous sediment and

2- The predominant mineral is richetite, a combined and hydrated uranium and lead mineral whose composition is: PbU4O13 . 4H2O

These results confirm the JOURDAN Resources theory on the fact that the Wakeham basin contains uranium mineralization of sedimentary origin, syngenetic with the host sediments and comparable, to some extent, with the uranium mineralization found in the Athabaska basin, in Saskatchewan.

Uranium zones 1-A, 1-B, 2-A and 2-B are all in the same general direction, approximately North-South, over a strike length of 1.5 km, ending on the Jourdan Lake shore and it could extend under the lake.

These uranium zones occur as a structure en boudinage, comprising bellies and knots. The drill holes can thus intersect either a belly or a knot.

Uranium zone no 3 is located at 600 meters East of zones 1 and 2 and it extends Southward over a strike length of 1.5 km. This zone was prospected with scintillometers during the 2007 summer. It gave values of 200 to 600 ppm U over a width of at least 100 meters. It will be sampled and assayed from the beginning of the coming summer and a drilling program is planned for the end of the summer.

Two more uranium zones, no 4 and no 5, have been identified by the GPR International helicopter borne survey conducted in 2007 summer. These zones will prospected during the 2008 summer.

JOURDAN owns a 100 % interest in 522 claims covering 282 sq. km. in the Wakeham basin.

The fields works are supervised by Hubert Mvondo, Ph.D.

Moreover, The Company is pleased to announce the closing of a private placement with SIDEX, S.E.C. for gross proceeds of $150 000. In total, the Corporation issued 1 500 000 units (the "Units") at a price of $0.10 per Unit, with each Unit consisting of one common share and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share of the Corporation for a period of twenty-four months at an exercise price of $0.20 per share at any time on or before the date that is 6 months from the closing; thereafter at an exercise price of $0.30 per share during the second period of 6 months; thereafter at an exercise price of $0.40 per share during the third 6 month period; and finally at a price of $0.50 per share during the remaining 6 month period.
