licensee Cladstone Ltd. ("Cladstone") has successfully launched the award
winning ISISFriends® platform. 


Isis announced on December 2, 2013, it had entered into an agreement with
Cladstone (the "Agreement") for Isis to license its award winning platform
ISISFriends® to Cladstone for launch into the U.K. marketplace. Cladstone has
successfully launched the platform under the domain name www.isisfriends.com and
www.isisfriends.co.uk.

been successfully launched," said Daniel Kajouie, Chairman and CEO of Isis, he

will be speaking at the annual North American iGaming Conference, Thursday March
20th 2014 at 3:00 P.M. The annual iGaming Conference has included a social
gaming segment this year to provide a deeper analysis and understanding of the
online gaming sector in response to growing interest in this rapidly emerging
North American niche marketplace.
