ISIS Lab Corporation Grants Options

ISIS Lab Corporation (TSX VENTURE: LAB) (FRANKFURT: ISX) (Frankfurt: WKN:
A1XB97) (the "Company" or "ISIS") announces that it has granted 250,000 stock
options to officers of the Company, exercisable at $0.38 per common share. Each
option is exercisable for five (5) years from date of grant. The options are
being granted pursuant to the Company's incentive stock option plan and are
subject to any necessary regulatory or stock exchange requirements.
