Labrador Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:LTX) ("Labrador" or the "Company")
announced today that Mr. Terry Barnhart has been appointed as President of the
Company. 


Mr. Barnhart has over 20 years of executive experience in the technology sector,
largely in the oil and gas industry. His experience includes 5 years at Veritas
(now CGG), Excalibur-Gemini (a privately held company which Mr. Barnhart founded
and successfully sold) and as President of Divestco Inc for 6 years. Mr.
Barnhart's education is in Geomatics Engineering Technology.


The Company is also pleased to announce the addition of three new Directors, Mr.
John Sherman, Mr. John Wilson and Mr. Doug McCartney.


John Sherman is currently Vice President Marketing and Business Development at
Geomodeling. John was previously CTO at Energy Solutions International;
Executive VP Marketing & Systems at Landmark Graphics; Director Global Tools &
Architecture at Dell; Product VP at Landmark; and Director of FrameWork
Technology at Landmark Graphics.


John Wilson is President at Scorpio Management LLC. Previous experience includes
work as: Senior VP and Managing Director of the Broadband Division at Stratos
Global; President & CEO at Trade Ranger Inc.; President, Exploration Services
Division at Veritas DSG; Executive VP, at Landmark Graphics at Halliburton; and,
Sales Manager at Scientific Software Intercomp.


Doug McCartney is the Managing Partner of Burstall Winger LLP. He practices in
the areas of securities and corporate finance and corporate and commercial law
and is a director or officer of several public and private companies.
