that in respect of its previously announced granting of stock options to certain
directors, employees and consultants of the Company over a total of 5,200,000
common shares of the Company, the exercise price is Cdn.$0.10 per share (the
minimum exercise price under TSX Policy), not Cdn.$0.035 per share as stated in
the press release of 21 January 2009.
