Telecom Inc. ("Mitec") (NEX: MTM.h), today announced the
appointment of Leslie Hayes, C.A. as
Chief Financial Officer and Edward
Leavens as a director. Both of these appointments are
subject to regulatory approval. Both Ms. Hayes and Mr.
Leavens are located in Toronto,
Ontario, where Mitec's corporate head office is now
located.
Mitec's has accepted the resignations of
Montreal-based Bruno Dumais, its former Chief Financial Officer
and of Mr. Noah Billick as a
director. "We wish to extend our gratitude and best
wishes to Bruno Dumais for the
dedicated and professional contributions he has made to Mitec over
these many years", commented Jeffrey
