Medworxx Solutions Inc. ("Medworxx") (TSX VENTURE: MWX), provider of healthcare solutions for decision support, compliance, and education, today announced that it has appointed Bellbeau Capital Corp. (Bellbeau), a Vancouver-based investor relations firm, to provide it with investor relations services.

Bellbeau will initiate an investor awareness program for Medworxx, which will include proactive outreach to Bellbeau's network of brokers, private investors, analysts, portfolio managers, and media contacts. Medworxx will pay $7,000 per month (with an option to increase to $9,000 per month effective January 1, 2010) and issue options to purchase 400,000 shares of the Company at $0.10 per share. One quarter of the options so granted will vest on the four month anniversary of the agreement, and the right to purchase an additional 100,000 of the shares shall vest every four months thereafter. The agreement may be cancelled by either party with 30 days written notice. This transaction remains subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
