PR Newswire (Canada)
VANCOUVER, Dec. 14 /CNW/ -- VANCOUVER, Dec. 14 /CNW/ - Monexa
Solutions Inc. ("Monexa"), the leader in flexible subscription
billing, continues to attract an impressive volume of new customers
across all types of online services, SaaS and cloud computing. This
growing customer count demonstrates the strength of Monexa's
service and the overall growth of subscription billing models.
"Wanted Technologies and SalesVu chose Monexa Billing to monetize
their subscription business models because we enable them to make
subscriptions work the way they need them to, and because we can
get them up and running quickly," states John Jacobson, President
and CEO of Monexa. "The businesses that come to us have all found
interesting and progressive ways to use Monexa Billing to price and
sell their services and get paid by their customers." Recent Monexa
customers to go live include WANTED Technologies and SalesVu:
WANTED Technologies - WANTED provides real-time business
intelligence for the talent marketplace. Clients in the staffing,
HR, RPO, media, and government sectors use WANTED Analytics™ to
find sales leads, analyze employment trends, gather competitive
intelligence, forecast economic conditions, and source hard-to-fill
positions. What they needed: WANTED primarily services enterprise
level clients, but were looking to begin offering a more targeted,
low-touch solution for smaller businesses and provide it online
using a credit card signup procedure. Automated payments were
critical to creating a model in which smaller businesses could be
served without major sales support and activity. Why they chose
Monexa: Quick and easy integration were key for WANTED and they
found that in Monexa's cloud solution. They required a solution
that could be integrated on their end, so a proven billing API was
required. Monexa's billing solution granted them the flexibility to
try new approaches, which was key since they were tweaking an
already existing product to suit the needs of a new market. Lastly,
Monexa's subscription billing solution was a welcome change from
the products on the market that were, for the most part, geared
toward shopping carts. "In Monexa we found a billing solution that
granted the flexibility to take an existing product, suited to
enterprise level business and adjust it for use among a smaller
business demographic," states Juli Morris, Director of Marketing at
WANTED Technologies. "Monexa allowed us the ability to scale down
the need for extensive sales driven transactions and activity to
deliver the product to small businesses on an appropriate scale.
Their implementation team has consistently been patient, polite,
flexible, and quick to respond. They implemented all requested
features and fixes promptly, and showed dedication and concern for
our goals -- worthy of the finest customer support." SalesVu -
SalesVu provides the only social media integrated point of sale
system designed to drive customers to restaurant and hospitality
businesses. What they needed: SalesVu came to Monexa during their
start-up phase when they required the ability to launch their
product. They also had a new coupon service integrated with social
media sites like Facebook on their short-term roadmap. This would
require metered billing based on the number of coupons redeemed at
a customer's store. SalesVu chose Monexa's premier product, Monexa
Billing, to manage all SalesVu customers, track the services they
subscribe to, track the volume of coupons redeemed and automate
monthly billing and payments. SalesVu's focus remains on building
features that will directly benefit the restaurant customers they
serve. They did not want to spend time building billing features
and dealing with payment security regulations like PCI. Why they
chose Monexa: SalesVu required a solution that would accommodate
evolving pricing models and was attracted to the flexibility that
Monexa offered. Monexa's open API was key in delivering seamless
integration between the SalesVu cloud-based business and their
billing requirements. Monexa Billing also came with fully
functional web pages that SalesVu could quickly brand, allowing
SalesVu customers to manage their own billing accounts. Finally,
SalesVu was looking for a billing solution that could handle all of
the PCI security issues their merchant account required. Market
intelligence company IDC forecasts this Cloud Billing Market to
grow at a 78.5% CAGR from 2008-2014. (IDC, Worldwide Cloud Billing
2009-2014 Forecast, Doc # 221358, December 2009). About Monexa
