Nuvolt Corporation Announces the Conclusion of a Distribution Agreement with Penner Dairy Services Ltd.

Nuvolt Corporation Inc. ("Nuvolt") (TSX VENTURE:NCO) is pleased to announce the
conclusion of a distribution agreement for its agriculture products with Penner
Dairy Services Ltd. ("Penner") for the Ontario market. 


Mr. Jacques Dion, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nuvolt, says: "This
is an important step for the strategy to make a technology transfer of our
expertise and our products to quality distributors in order to increase our
representation on the market. This agreement with a well-known leader in farm
equipment distribution will have a major impact on the sales of agriculture
products in Ontario, for our subsidiary Agrivolt."
