Newlook Announces Commencement of Trading on CNSX

Newlook Industries Corp. (TSX VENTURE:NLI) ("Newlook" or the "Company")
announces that it has received confirmation from the Canadian National Stock
Exchange that its common shares will be posted for trading at the opening of the
market on March 29, 2011 under the stock symbol "NLI". The Company confirms that
it has 30,455,932 million shares outstanding with a public float of
approximately 21,567,964 million shares. 


Newlook has also received confirmation that its shares will be delisted from the
TSX Venture Exchange on March 31, 2011 as a result of a voluntary delisting
request made by the Company and previously announced on March 17, 2011.
