Next Millennium Engages Investor and Public Relations Firm

TORONTO, ONTARIO (TSX VENTURE: NM) announces that it has entered
into an investor and public relations services agreement with
Steward Management Inc. ("Steward Management"). The contracted
services include the provision of shareholder and investment
community communications, and the development of corporate
communication materials. Steward Management is a Vancouver based
corporation controlled by Mr. John Halme. The agreement with
Steward Management is for a one year term. Steward Management will
receive compensation of $10,000 per month plus out of pocket
expenses. The Corporation has granted Steward Management options to
purchase 200,000 common shares of the Corporation at a price of
$0.62 per share for a period of five years subject to vesting in
accordance with the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. Steward
Management and Mr. Halme are at arm's length to the Corporation and
do not currently own any shares of the Corporation.
Next Millennium is an oil and gas exploration and development
company with properties in Michigan, Utah and Colorado. Next
Millennium's shares are listed on Tier 2 of the TSX Venture
Exchange under the symbol "NM".
