Northern Tiger Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:NTR) announced today
that it has engaged Gold Seek LLC to provide corporate communications
development services to the Company. Gold Seek, located in Littleton Colorado,
will assist the Company in developing corporate communications in order to raise
awareness amongst prospective investors and the investment community as a whole.



Northern Tiger will pay Gold Seek a fee of US$13,500 and issue 50,000 stock
options at a price of $0.60 per share with an expiry date in accordance with TSX
Venture policies. The agreement expires December 15, 2011, and is subject to
acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.
