(TSXV: NV) ("CMQ") is pleased to report that CMQ's subsidiary Montezuma Mines Inc. ("Montezuma") has received approval of the Red Canyon Exploration Plan of Operations ("PoO") from the Bureau of Land Management.  Under the PoO Montezuma proposes to conduct exploration related activities in a phased manner that will create approximately 125 acres of total disturbance over the life of the project.  The proposed Phase I exploration will create approximately 29.6 acres of disturbance.  The Permit for Reclamation has been received from the State of Nevada, Division of Environmental Protection, effective July 25, 2011.  A bond of $140,000 providing coverage for operations at Red Canyon has been accepted by the BLM. Montezuma plans to begin the drilling in August 2011 at Red Canyon of approximately 6,000-8,000 feet (1830-2440 meters) in 7 holes using reverse-circulation methods. This phase of drilling will focus on a 1,660-foot long SE-trending fault corridor in a portion of the Ice target zone.  The northwest end of this corridor is anchored by core hole MR09-05C and the southeast end by reverse circulation hole MR10-01.  This corridor has not previously been drill tested. _________________________________________________________________ |Drill Hole|Intercept-ft|Length-ft |oz Au/t|Length-m|g Au/t| |__________|____________|_________________|_______|________|______| |MR09- |0 - 130 |119 |0.152 |36.3 |5.25 | |05C | |(11 ft no sample)| | | | |__________|____________|_________________|_______|________|______| | includes|56 - 95 |39 |0.281 |11.9 |9.64 | |__________|____________|_________________|_______|________|______| |MR10-01 |775 - 795 |20 |0.050 |6.1 |1.714 | |__________|____________|_________________|_______|________|______| | |965 - 985 |20 |0.086 |6.1 |2.949 | |__________|____________|_________________|_______|________|______| At its North and South Sleeper projects, Montezuma has collected 1,331 and 1,704 soil samples, respectively, that have been analyzed for gold, multi-elements and low-temperature mercury.  Soil gas CO2/O2 and hydrocarbon surveys have been completed at both projects.  Ground magnetic surveys covering 81 line-km at North Sleeper and 103.4 line-km at South Sleeper have also been conducted.  IP surveys covering 19.8 line-kms including 1 sq km of a gradient array survey at North Sleeper and 26.4-line km at South Sleeper have been completed.  At North Sleeper 475 detailed gravity stations have been surveyed.  All of the above geochemical and geophysical data is currently being integrated into models that will be used for drill hole targeting.
