De Luca to its Board of Directors.

Mr. De Luca is currently a partner with the law firm of Owens Wright LLP. Mr. De
Luca has provided advice to many companies in many different industries in
securities law compliance, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance
matters. Mr. De Luca is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada and holds a
Bachelor of Laws from Queens University and a Master of Laws from New York
University.
