Pitchblack Announces Reclassification to Tier II

Pitchblack Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:PIT) (the "Company") reports that the TSX
Venture Exchange has advised that effective April 29, 2014, the Company will be
reclassified to Tier 2, in accordance with Exchange Policy 2.5.
