Peak's Shares Now Quoted in the US

Peak Positioning Technologies Inc. (TSX VENTURE:PKK)(PINK SHEETS:PKKFF)("Peak"
or the "Company") today announced that its shares are now quoted in the US on
the over-the-counter (OTC) "pink sheets" under the ticker symbol "PKKFF".


By having its shares quoted in the US, the Company aims to have greater access
to the US capital markets. This will also make it easier for US residents to
trade the stock and therefore improve liquidity for all Peak shareholders.
