TORONTO, July 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Prime City One Capital
Corp. (NEX: PMO.H) ( the "Company") has accepted the
resignations of three directors and officers namely, John Lorenzo, R.J.
Stapell and Anton Ayoub and
appointed three new directors and officers.
Following the resignations of the foregoing officers and
directors, the following individuals have been appointed as
directors and officers of the Company: Vishy Karamadam, President,
Chief Executive Officer and a director; Gerry Goldberg, director; Stephen Dulmage, director. The following
are brief biographies of the incoming directors and officers.
Vishy Karamadam serves as Executive Vice-President of Gravitas
Financial Inc. and has over 18 years of management experience in
areas ranging from Investment Research, Corporate Finance,
Management Consulting and Retail Banking Strategy. He holds a
Bachelor in Technology Degree in Electronics & Communication
Engineering, Masters in Management Studies (Finance) from
University of Mumbai, India and an
M.B.A. from McGill University.
Gerry Goldberg is a Chartered
Accountant and is a Senior Partner in the accounting firm of
Schwartz Levitsky Feldman LLP, in Toronto, and prior thereto, he was a partner
in the predecessor firm of Grant
Thornton for over 10 years. Gerry
Goldberg has over 30 years' public accounting experience and
heads the U.S. Public Company audit division of the firm and has
industry expertise in the service, distribution, retail, real
estate, "not-for-profit" entities and manufacturing industries with
a strong emphasis in taxation and business advisory services. He is
also active in corporate finance and development and was involved
in the structure and design of numerous innovative financing
instruments, tax shelters and syndications, both in Canada and the U.S. He is actively involved
with the audit of various public Canadian, U.S., Chinese and other
foreign companies listed in the U.S. and Canada. He is or was a director and audit
committee chair of a number of public, non-profit, educational and
other institutions, organizations and companies.
Stephen Dulmage is a seasoned
financial executive with over 40 years of experience. He has a B.A.
from McMaster University and earned his
C.P.A. (previously called a C.A.) with Price Waterhouse. For 19
years he was CFO and Director of RBC Dominion Securities, then
Canada's largest investment
dealer. Mr. Dulmage has been a Director and Audit Committee Chair
of many public companies. He is currently the Audit Committee Chair
of Mint Corporation (TSXV: MIT).
