Planet Organic Health Corp. ("Planet" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:POH.H) -
Mr. Ron Francisco, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, reports
that in accordance with regulatory requirements, Horizon Distributors Ltd., a
company which is majority owned and controlled by Mr. Francisco, ("Horizon") has
acquired 77,800 common shares of the Company on January 20, 2014, which
represents 2.2% of the outstanding common shares. Prior to the purchases,
Horizon owned and controlled 1,542,800 common shares, and now holds 1,620,600
common shares, which represents 46.7% of the outstanding common shares of the
Company. 


The securities acquired by Horizon are held for investment purposes. In the
future, Horizon may increase or decrease its respective ownership of securities
of the Company from time to time depending upon the business and future market
conditions.
